All orders are tracked, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package.

For customers within New Zealand, we offer fast delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. If you are located in a rural area, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and for health reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns. All items purchased from Crack and Co are considered final sales.

Damage

While we strive to provide the highest quality products, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. In the rare case that you receive a damaged item upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. To assist us in resolving the issue, please send us an email at info@crackandco.co.nz with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
