All orders placed with Crack and Co are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

All orders are tracked, Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package.

For customers within New Zealand, we offer fast delivery times. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. If you are located in a rural area, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Please note that there may be occasional delays that are out of our control. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact us at info@crackandco.co.nz and reference your order number or tracking number.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business and for health reasons, we do not accept refunds or returns. All items purchased from Crack and Co are considered final sales.

Damage/Order Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes or damages can occasionally occur during packing or transit. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that any contact made after this time frame will not be eligible for review or resolution.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, photo evidence is required. Email us at info@crackandco.co.nz with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and work with you to provide a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
